Spielking primarily uses PayPal to process secure payments. Through PayPal, we accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, and bank transfer (debit card).
PayPal Credit: US Customers can pay now or pay over time (for orders up to $99). Enjoy interest-free payments if paid in full in 6 months; approval process is fast, with no annual fees.
We can also accept Credit Card payment using Mastercard or Visa.
Paying by credit card is safe, easy and convenient at www.Spielking.com. We don't store or review your credit card information. As such, should any issues arise regarding your credit card transaction, please contact your credit card company for assistance. We cannot accept any responsibility for any credit card payment issues.
You will receive a payment confirmation email from us after your order’s payment has gone through successfully. If you do not receive this email, please contact us.
If you are located in the US, please make sure your card is enabled for international transactions as our merchant account is not located in the US. Some credit cards have a foreign transaction fee. This charge is from your bank, not from us. There is no way for us to control this as each bank is different. If your card has the fee, its usually between 1~3%. Sometimes it appears as a seperate charge, but some card companies clump the 2 charges together.
If you don't have a Visa/Mastercard you can easily contact us to pay with PayPal via online chat window( please notice, due to time difference, our online time is from 8:30 am to 19:30 pm in Beijing time and 21:00 to 6:00 in Washinton time 1:00-10:00 in Greenwich Mean time.( From Monday to Saturday). Besides our working time, you can also contact us via email( Spielking@163.com) that we will respond within 24 hours.
.Most of these cards are only available for domestic use, please make sure you buy one that ALLOWs international transactions!
Some Perpaid credit cards charge a small international transaction fee, like 1~3% or something small. If you are preloading it with a custom amount then make sure you take this into consideration.
